Serengeti Migration Safari
This 9-Day The Great Serengeti Migration Safari package has been designed specifically to focus on and to increase your chance to see the great Serengeti Wildebeest Migration. We have designed the itinerary to include both the Lobo area (area north of the central Serengeti National Park) and Wagakuria area (remote northern Serengeti National Park) where the majority of the wildebeest migration can normally be found from July to October. To save on unnecessary travel time and to increase your game viewing time, this itinerary has been designed that you fly back from the Serengeti National Park to Arusha town.

Day 1: Arrive to Tanzania- Kilimanjaro International Airport
Meet on arrival and transfer to Arusha for overnight.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
0830 Hrs. After your breakfast; depart from Arusha to Tarangire National Park for game drive.
1300 Hrs. Stop at the Picnic Site for Picnic Lunch,
1400 Hrs. Continue for evening game drive. Dinner and overnight at Simba Lodge/Similar

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park
Starting from your lodge – After breakfast transfer to Lake Manyara National Park for game viewing, lunch at your picnic site
1400 Hrs. Drive straight to Ngorongoro for relaxation and enjoy a breathtaking sunset. Dinner and overnight at your Lodge/Similar

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater to Serengeti
0730 Hrs. After breakfast, drive and descend into the crater floor with your lunch box for game viewing. The famous Ngorongoro Crate is rich of wildlife, each species have their own territories.
1300 Hrs. Stop at the Picnic Site for Picnic Lunch, which will be served on the crater floor at the picnic site near Lerai forest or hippo pool.
1400 Hrs. Ascend the crater drive and drive to Serengeti National park for your dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Central Serengeti – Northern Serengeti National Park
0630 Hrs. Early morning game drives in the in the Park
0930 Hrs. Return to lodge for breakfast.
1030 Hrs. After your breakfast; depart with picnic lunch to northern Serengeti
1300 Hrs. Break for lunch which will be served at the picnic area.
1400 Hrs. Afternoon game drives in northern Serengeti Kogatende/Bologonj area following the great migration at Mara River. Dinner and overnight at Tented Camp

1400 Hrs. Afternoon game drives in northern Serengeti Kogatende/Bologonja area following the great migration at Mara River.

1300 Hrs. Transfer to Kogatende Airstrip for your flight to Kilimanjaro Airport to connect with your departure flight home.
