Day 1

On arrival Jomo Kenyatta International airport meet and assist at airport. Transfer to your Hotel. Check in time is from 1200 Hrs. Rest of the day spend at leisure. Day 2

0800 Hrs. After breakfast, check out and depart for Amboseli National Park. Arrive in time for lunch at your lodge. Later in the afternoon game drive a will be provided in the park till late in the evening. Return to your lodge for overnight stay.

Amboseli National Park. Amboseli National Park is in southern Kenya. The name “Amboseli” comes from a Maasai word meaning “salty dust”, and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close. Amboseli is known for its large elephant herds and views of immense Mount Kilimanjaro, across the border in Tanzania.                                                                                                                          On a clear day the Peak of Mt. Kenya is clearly visible. Animals mostly seen at Amboseli includes giraffes, cheetahs, zebras, and hundreds of bird species.

0600 Hrs. Have an early morning game drive in the park.
0830 Hrs. Late breakfast and relax at your own leisure enjoying at Lodge.

Day 4

0800 Hrs. After breakfast, check out and drive to Lake Naivasha. Enroute lunch in Nairobi.
1330 Hrs. Arrive at Lake Naivasha in the late afternoon.
Have boat ride at Lake Naivasha and check in at Lake Naivasha Simba Lodge.

Day 5

0800 Hrs. After breakfast, check out and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. Enroute game drive will be provided.
1230 Hrs. Lunch will be provided at your Lodge
1600 Hrs. Have an afternoon game drive in the park till late in the evening.
Dinner and overnight at your Lodge.

Lake Nakuru is referred to as the pink lake because of its thousands of pink flamingos and other bird-life-it’s a Bird watchers paradise. It has a surprisingly number of animals, all the “big five” except the elephant can be seen here. Originally established as a bird sanctuary Nakuru is a Ramsar Wetland Area, known for its spectacular birdlife. When water levels are high enough massive flocks of flamingoes have been known to gather at Lake Nakuru. Highlights on the game drive may include sightings of tree-climbing lions and both black and white rhinos, for which the reserve is better known today. Commonly sighted animals include giraffes, baboons, zebras, buffalos, antelopes and hippos, with rare finds including leopards.

Day 6

0730 Hrs. After breakfast, check out and drive to Maasai Mara. Arrive in time for lunch at your Lodge.

1600 Hrs. Afternoon game drive in the reserve till late in the evening. Dinner and Overnight at your Lodge.

Day 7

0600 Hrs. (Optional Balloon ride at an Extra cost). Followed by Balloon Bush breakfast.
0630 Hrs.  Early morning game drive in the reserve
0830 Hrs. Return to lodge for breakfast and relax at Leisure.
1300 Hrs. Lunch will be served at your Lodge.
1600 Hrs. Afternoon game drive in the reserve to return in the evening. All meals at your Lodge.

Day 8

Depart after your early morning breakfast for Serengeti drop off at Isebania border; this will include normal border crossing formalities.  Serengeti National Park is easily Tanzania’s most famous national park, and it’s also the largest, at 14,763 square kilometers of protected area that borders Kenya’s Masai Mara Game Reserve. Its far-reaching plains of endless grass, tinged with the twisted shadows of acacia trees, have made it the quintessential image of a wild and untarnished Africa. Its large stone kopjes are home to rich ecosystems, and the sheer magnitude and scale of life that the plains support is staggering. Dinner and overnight at the Tented Camp.
Optional –transfer to Airstrip and catch flight to Serengeti. You fly to Migori Airstrip and transfer by road to the border of Isebania for formality, then road transfer to Tarime airstrip whereby you catch another flight to Serengeti.

DAY 9 & 10

Spend these three days in Serengeti National Park for game viewing. Your skilled driver knows the Serengeti and where to locate even the most elusive of animals. Morning and afternoon daily wildlife viewing affords you the opportunity to track and photograph the ‘Big Five’. You will be doing game drives while tracing the direction of the wildebeests.

0630hrs After breakfast, descent into the crater for tour around the unbroken caldera that encloses the wildlife. This 100 square mile natural amphitheatre is host to an astonishing array of wildlife and you may be lucky enough to see rhino, elephant, lion, buffalo as well as large herd’s zebras and wildebeest.

1200hrs Break for picnic lunch which will be taken in to the Crater,

1300 Hrs. After lunch, ascend the Crater and drive to Eyasi Village for dinner and overnight at the Camp

Day 12

Wake up early for a pre-sunrise breakfast. Drive from the camp for approx. 20 minutes to locate the nomadic Bushmen (Hadzabe). In the company of the bushmen, you will hunt on foot using traditional weapons i.e. bows and arrows.

The Bushmen are related to the Kalahari Bushmen of South Africa. They speak the same click language but do not understand each other, as they have been apart for very long. The Bushmen live a medieval kind of life style. They do not build permanent homes but follow the animals in the area as they trap and kill them for food. They are hunters and gatherers. After a brief hunting stint with the Bushmen, we go back to our vehicles and drive to the camp for lunch.

 You will also get a chance to visit maasai boma. Later after lunch, you will drive to Arusha

For dinner and overnight.

8.30am after breakfast, depart for Kibale National Park arriving in time for lunch. Take a good rest then in the evening, you may take an optional visit to the Bigodi swamp for bird watching. Overnight at Primates Lodge (FB)

08.00am: Today you hike through Kibale forest to track the chimpanzee and other primates such as the black and white Colobus monkeys, blue monkeys, black faced red colobus, red tailed monkeys and olive baboons. Kibale National Park is home to 12 species of primates and a variety of bird life. Here you may see the great blue turaco. After the forest hike, spend the rest of the day at leisure or exploring the bird species at the age of the park.

10.00am: Depart for Queen Elizabeth National Park. In the evening you can enjoy a relaxed guided walk around the Lodge or an evening game drive in the Park.

6.30 am breakfast, and later depart for Chimp tracking in Kyambura gorge on the edge of the Western Rift Valley. You will spend some time with these primates as they play and feed. You may also encounter other wildlife and primates like monkeys as you walk through this forest. (Depending on the number of guests, some can track in the morning and others in the afternoon due to limited number of people offered per tracking)

After Breakfast, transfer to Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth for a game drive. This sector is famous for tree climbing lions, look into the cassia branches as you may see some lions resting in tree branches. Other animals like Elephants, buffalos, baboons may be seen in this area. Lunch will be en-route and after proceed to Bwindi National Park for overnight at Silverback Safari Lodge (FB)

After breakfast at 7.30 am, depart to the park headquarters in a private; proceed for briefing from park ranger guides before starting your Gorilla trek through steeply forested and beautiful landscape along several animal trails. The climax of the adventure is the opportunity to view the gentle and endangered mountain Gorillas which is an exciting and memorable experience, Picnic lunch to be enjoyed en-route. After Breakfast, spend a day visiting the local communities in Buhoma that include the Batwa (Pygmy) experience where will demonstrate to you their traditional ways of living and how they used to stay in the forest and their daily activities. After breakfast, you are transferred to Kihihi Airstrip for your return flight to Entebbe. There are 2 options: 1 Departs Kihihi at 1055am and Arrives at 1155am and 1405 arriving 1555. Upon arrival in Entebbe, you will connect with your outbound flight.
